Order
Simply choose the category in which you would like to make a purchase from under the "Our Products" Section. We have sorted our products clearly and have various categories including Beverages, Food and Cleaning Supplies.
Once you have found your item of choice, adjust the quantity and click Add to Cart.
Please be reminded to choose your delivery time slot at the bottom of the cart page so that our friendly delivery man (Jason) can deliver your items on time.
Delivery
We seek your understanding that Topson Online is but a small enterprise ran by two people. As such, there might be delays in processing your orders. We seek your understanding that orders will be processed as soon as possible but rest assured that your orders will always be received as long as you have followed all instructions (including the indication of your time slot).
Delivery time slots are as set:
Thursday and Friday (2 p.m. to 4 p.m., 4.15 p.m. to 5 p.m.)
Saturday (10 a.m. to 12 p.m.)
Due to the COVID-19 situation, we would like to protect you, our valued customers as well as our friendly delivery man. As such, we will be proceeding with contactless delivery. You will be notified approximately ten to fifteen minutes before Jason arrives at your destination. He will place your well-packed items at a safe space and notify you immediately after he is done. You may then collect your items (He would have most likely already left).
Payment
At the moment, we only accept credit card payment (Visa or MasterCard) or Paypal. We would like to remind you to key in all your details accurately so as to prevent rejection of payment or any other issues that might cause a delay in the delivery of your item.
Once we have received your payment, we will make the necessary arrangements to pack your items and send them at the appropriate time slot. You should receive an email update detailing the order.
Events
At Topson Trading Online, we understand that because of events, you might require the items to be delivered on other days instead. Please write in to us at sales@topson-online.com detailing the items you require and we can then create an order for you and schedule a delivery for you instead. *Please understand that this is subject to a case-by-case basis and we will do our best to help you*

Defective Items
At Topson Trading Online, we do our utmost best to ensure that your goods are in great condition before we deliver to you. However, if we have delivered a product of poor quality to you with defects, we apologize for your inconvenience caused.
